I walked down to DownTown today, after getting the new clas ohlson catalogue in the mail. There, I bought a soldering iron and the things I needed for soldering. Because I wanted to try out the “making pendants out of microscope slides”-thing. I have made some before, but only with the metal tape. It didn’t turn out very well, but I guess most first tries don’t :)

And I also tested out a bjork-motif on shrinking plastic. It turned out great, if only I hadn’t messed with it while still hot, hah. But I’ll try again one more time, just maybe not today. Now I know that my newly bought overhead-pens work great on shrinking plastic (the black at least :) )

And now, for pictures of my (somewhat failed) crafts of today :)

Yep, today took a LONG walk. 7,5km, which is about 4,5 miles. I walked for an hour and 45 minutes, and I’m pretty tired now. It was nice though, haven’t walked there in at least a year. But since my legs aren’t that fit, I think I’ll feel it pretty much tomorrow, hah.

Also, yesterday I finally finished my scarf. I had to buy another skein of the thread, and I was just maybe 4 meters short, hah. Renate wanted one for her birthday, because it’s so soft :) She said it felt almost like her polish rabbit (hermelin) to her neck :)

So, pictures of the scarf and of where I walked :)
